Terms of Service

Effective June 1, 2026 · CurbScore is a product of Side Quest Adventure LLC (Kentucky).

By using CurbScore (getcurbscore.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What CurbScore is

CurbScore is an automated tool that grades a website's "digital curb appeal" — speed, mobile experience, findability, modernity, trust signals, and related factors — and returns a plain-English report card with suggested improvements. The free score shows an overall grade and a top issue; the paid report ($39) shows the full breakdown, every issue found, and a prioritized fix list.

The report is informational, not a guarantee

Grades and findings are generated automatically from publicly available information at the time of the scan and are provided "as is."
CurbScore does not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, lead volume, revenue, or business outcome.
CurbScore is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any platform whose data it references.
You are responsible for any changes you make to your own website based on the report.

Payments & refund policy

The full report is a digital product delivered instantly and automatically after payment. Because of that:

Once your report has been generated and delivered, the sale is generally final.
If the report fails to generate, is not delivered, or is duplicated/charged in error, contact us at hello@getcurbscore.com within 7 days and we will re-deliver it or refund your $39. We want you to get what you paid for.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Acceptable use

Use CurbScore for legitimate website assessment. Don't attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service, or use it to harm others.
Submit only websites you own or are authorized to evaluate.
Each paid report covers the website specified at checkout.

Third-party services

If your report recommends professional help, CurbScore may refer you to Respec Digital (also operated by Side Quest Adventure LLC) or other providers. Any service you purchase from a third party is governed by that provider's own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Side Quest Adventure LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CurbScore or reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid report will not exceed the amount you paid for that report.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Kentucky.
